Biography:
Hi, I write songs about everyday things and do live performances; sometimes I record too! From a varied background growing up in south-east England, I’ve moved about a bit and visited a few places. I’ve been in bands since I was 12 and have been doing solo work for 11 years now, with a few minor successes! You could read more about these at my own personal webpages (http://www.johnzonn.co.uk), but to summarize – currently, things are going well, with a brand new CD release - Back in Blighty - as well as a couple of interviews, some reviews and a few accolades to my name. I’ve also had the opportunity to be a judge this summer, for the 1st Native-E (Native American & Canadian Aboriginal) Music Awards, which has been a wonderful experience! |
