Download issues (purchased and free).

Usually caused by data transfer interruption or software conflicts.

Do not use other applications while downloading songs.
Turn off security software such as Norton and McAfee.

If downloaded songs will not play, verify the file type is .mp3 and that the music player on your computer is.mp3 compatible.
