You can authorize us to allow users to hear or download your sound recordings at no charge, provided that the song compositions are your original creations, and not songs written by other artists.

However, if you want to have us play or offer for downloading any recordings originally written by other artists, you must first obtain permission from the original writer(s), and/or their publishing company, before this is allowed.
